Dear Thomas,
When merging files into the current DataWarrior session, the merge key is not allowed to have duplicates. It would be great if this would be possible. Some of the options like "replace if empty" should be no problem, if there are multiple keys then the next entry with the same key doesn't replace the value anymore. Or for the option "replace with new", the second key with the same value can replace the value of the first entry. I could explain this better, but I guess you know how I roughly mean it.
