Hello,
I am using a calc'd column to obtain the mean of clogP (values) in a plate (category). In a dummy table with 25 cpds and the necessary info it works fine but I get 'NaN' for my large table of 525K cpds with clogP (float values from -2.6 to 11) and 209 PlateNo's (integers 1-209 category). There are no missing values, I use the drop-down menu to select columns and I am quoting both column identifiers in the formula below:
categoryMean("Plateno", "clogP")
Is there a size limit to the calculation?
