Hi,

I am trying to connect to CDD following the instructions
https://support.collaborativedrug.com/hc/en-us/articles/1150 05682303-API-via-DataWarrior-the-basics

However, with DataWarrior 5.5, the plugin does work under both Ubuntu and Windows.

Could you help?

Can you check, whether you use the default path to install DataWarrior?
"C:/Program Files/DataWarrior" on Windows and "/opt/datawarrior" on Ubuntu

Did you unzip the downloaded plugin and put the 'cddVaultPlugin.jar' file into the plugin folder?

Did you check that the file is readable and executable for the user you use?

What exactly is not working? Do you see the menu entry 'Retrieve CDD Vault Search Result...' in the Database menu?

Hi Thomas, thanks for your reply.

I did not install DataWarrior at "C:/Program Files/DataWarrior", and after I move DataWarrior to the default path, the CDD plugin works.


Datawarrior is a good tool
