i have one error that the server for ChEMBL interrogation is down.

Thanks you for the hint. My DNS provider (directnic) had problems with the name-servers and reconfigured my DNS records to use other nameservers. They missed to include *.openmolecules.org, which caused this problem. I added the necessary A-record, but now we have to wait until it is propagated through the net...
