While generating box plots I got p valaue = 0 which, as per my understanding, is not possible.

Is it because of the various small value (e.g. 0.0001), DW is rounding it off to 0?

The p value is calculated using the TTest class from the Apache commons math project,
and therefore should be reliable. You are right that DataWarrior's 2D-view formatting
to x.xxxx is responsible for the 0 value. p values below 0.00005 are rounded to 0.
