I want to add datawarrior to the linux mate applications menu. Where are the icons for datawarrior?

Thanks!

Potentially the xfce desktop works quite similar to the mate desktop, too. Past
running the default installation of the linux version of DW and update of the
launcher,

index.php?t=getfile&id=112&private=0

you find
/opt/datawarrior/DataWarrior.jar/images/DataWarriorLogo.svg

equally accessible by an archive manager (instead of default OpenJDK Java) with an
icon.

As a sidenote, you may find adding DW to the aliases (thread «Opening SDF file with
Datawarrior from command line») useful, too.

Ah, I did not know that jar files were compressed. So, I made a copy of the jar file in another directory, unzipped it and found the svg file just as you pointed out.
Thanks!
