When searching for compounds in chembl, you can search using "selected structures" which is a really useful feature to quickly find if a cluster of compounds are present in chembl or not.

Can this also be added as a feature when searching google patents via Datawarrior - i.e., you could then search for clusters of similar compounds in google patents and list those patents which contain all (or some) of the selected structures?

No, because the Google patent search API doesn't offer searching multiple structures at once.
