I am not sure if I am missing something, but when I used to enumerate libraries, I could associate each compound with my own identifier code. Now it seems that each position is just assigned a number. Did the way that the IDs are assigned change?

I appologize, this slipped my attention. I will provide the identifier selection again, at least if the input files does not have assigned IDs already. Thanks for the hint. Thomas
