Hello,

I’m currently working on a SaaS project based on Symfony and PostgreSQL and looking to integrate advanced chemical search features (substructure, similarity, and exact search) directly at the database level.

Is there a module, chemical cartridge, or extension that would allow the use of DataWarrior’s molecular search capabilities directly within PostgreSQL, without relying on the DataWarrior application itself?

If not, which database tools or extensions would you recommend for a multi-tenant, scalable SaaS architecture supporting substructure and similarity search?

Thanks in advance for your insights.
