Hi everyone,
I wanted to bring up an idea and hear your thoughts. Currently, it seems that DataWarrior allow small molecule searches in ChemBL but are limited to protein targets. Wouldn’t it be useful to extend this functionality to RNA targets as well? With RNA becoming an increasingly important target in drug discovery, this addition could be highly beneficial for researchers in this field.
What do you think? Has anyone explored similar ideas, or is there a workaround you’ve found?
