I updated my MacBookAir M2 today to Sequoia 15.0.1. DataWarrior launches without any issue. Thus, there is no general issue. I did some googling and found a similar issue Firefox (SIGKILL (Code Signature Invalid)). Maybe, you can resolve the issue in a similar way...
