Hi,
I am very interested in using the recently published Hyperspace search and was wondreing how to proceed to generate the input from a list of building blocks. I am completely new to DataWarrior and unfamiliar with Java. So far I managed to create a Virtual Fragment Space as described in the publication by Wahl and Sanders.
I can load the space.dwar file in to DataWarrior and see the synthons and reactions. Now I am wondering how to export these to a text file in the appropriate format for the hyperspace search. Any advice would be highly appreciated!
