Hello everyone,

If I only have Kd data instead of IC50 for my compounds. Does it make any sense to calculate normalized Ligand efficiencies (LE, LLE and/or LELP) based on Kd rather than on a true activity ?
It happens (very/too often) that a low Kd does not correlate with high activity, but in my particular case, Kd can be easily measured contrary to IC50.
