Hi Thomas, thank you so much for your fast response! I do have an openmolecules-datawarrior.desktop under the Resources file. I found the icon under the Application Launcher, but when I click it I get an error (pic attached). It does work when I use the terminal though. I suppose I can use it that way to open it up from now on. I really appreciate your help! Smile
