Can not retrieve structure data from server ? [message #766]

Hi,

I would like to know is there any problem or solution to convert from SMILES to structure using Property Explorer. It worked smoothly before but recently, I put the SMILES content in the box but got the answer "No response from server".

thanks for the message. There was a problem with the name resolution server and with the watchdog that checks, whether the first server has a problem. Now the server is back online...
