Hello Norwid,

I still have the problem. You will find attached a sample of my data. Open it, you will find the Table, some UMAP analyses and on the right part my filters. Now run Chemistry/Machine Learning/Assess Prediction Quality. Select "Skelspheres" for the descriptor and tick "Use random fractions instead of time based ones" and then OK. Save the file and try to open it again. You will see that everything but the table are now gone.
