	| Hi, 
 I have recently upgraded from DW472 to 521.  DW 521 will not open.  My laptop is running Window 10 Version 2004, and is an i7 with 16GB RAM.
 
 I briefly get a blue spinning wheel, then nothing.  I have removed and re-installed a few times and even reverted back to 472 but now neither work.
 
 There is an application event log error generated
