Alternative download location besides Dropbox [message #104]

I'm having some technical issues downloading from Dropbox. Is it possible to get the Windows and Linux executables from an alternative download site ?

I use dropbox because of the secure HTTPS connection and because of the better download performance compared to my web server. Currently, there is no alternative. I suggest to ask a friend to download the files and to copy them then via USB stick.
