After investigation it seems that only Windows 64-bit is affected. You may solve the issue by renaming the 'actelionclip.dll' file in 'C:\Program Files\DataWarrior\' directory to 'actelionclip64.dll'.

Nevertheless, I will release a minor update soon that resolves the issue.
