I am creating box-plots for different categories of molecules vs a particular property (See attached image).

It seems DW chooses the position of boxplots by default.

I want to place the boxplot of Category 5 just below the category 1.

Is it possible??

The box plot (as all other plots) use the default category sort order, which is alphabetical
for text categories and numerical for numerical categories.

However, you may define a custom category order:
- in the table view on the respective category column header press the right mouse button
- select 'Set Category Custom Order...'
- in the dialog select 'Use Custom Order'. Then you may
- manually drag and drop categories to re-order the list
- or select other criteria as 'in ascending order by mean of <some other column> and press 'Sort categories'
- Press OK and you have changed the category order in all views
